Mr Reuben Maleka is the General Manager (Chief Executive Officer) of the Public Servants Association (PSA). He is an accomplished labour law practitioner and executive leader with extensive experience in collective bargaining, governance, labour dispute resolution and organisational leadership. Holding a Master of Laws in Labour Law together with advanced professional training in negotiation and conflict management, he brings a strong governance, legal and strategic perspective that supports the effective stewardship of the PSETA Accounting Authority.
