Mr Nyiko Mabunda is the Chief Director: Labour Market Policy at the Department of Employment and Labour (DEL), having joined the Department in November 2025. He is an accomplished public sector executive with extensive experience in labour market policy, public administration, governance, and strategic leadership. His work has contributed to the development of policies that promote employment, skills development, and inclusive economic participation. His expertise provides valuable strategic guidance to the PSETA Accounting Authority in advancing workforce development and supporting the national skills agenda.
