Mr Frikkie de Bruin is the General Secretary of the Public Service Coordinating Bargaining Council (PSCBC) and a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience in labour relations, collective bargaining, and organisational leadership. He has served in numerous national and international labour relations structures and is recognised for his expertise in social dialogue, dispute resolution and stakeholder engagement. His extensive knowledge of the public service labour environment strengthens the governance, strategic oversight, and stakeholder perspective of the PSETA Accounting Authority.
