Professor Harry Munzhedzi is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Public and Development Administration at the University of Venda. He holds a Master’s degree (cum laude) from the University of South Africa and a Doctorate from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. A respected academic and researcher, he serves on the National Board of the South African Association of Public Administration and Management (SAAPAM) and has published extensively in public administration, governance, public finance, and local government. His expertise in research, policy, governance, and leadership development provides strategic insight that supports the PSETA Accounting Authority in advancing public sector capability and institutional excellence.
